London-based indie rock trio Flashguns have confirmed details of their debut album ‘Passions of a Different Kind’, which is due for release on 17th October. The album takes its title from the band’s recent single of the same name, which was released in March – watch the video below.
‘Passions of a Different Kind’ was co-produced by Luke Smith, who also worked on last year’s ‘Total Life Forever’ by Foals. The album will be preceded by a single ‘No Point Hanging Around’ on 10th October.
“We’re really proud of what we’ve achieved,” say Flashguns, who are made up of singer and guitarist Sam Felix Johnston, bass player Olly Scanlon and drummer Giles Robinson. The band have previously toured with the likes of Bombay Bicycle Club, Dananananaykroyd, Mona and Funeral Party.
