Hall of Fame Induction to Spark Guns N Roses Reunion?

No matter how long ago they split, and how many times the rumour has been denied, people will always carry on talking about a Guns N Roses reunion.
But the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame think they genuinely have a chance of bringing the group back together, should they place the ‘Sweet Child o’ Mine’ band in their halls when the first induction comes around in April next year.
15 finalists have been shortlisted for the award ceremony, and only five will make it through. The judging panel will have to choose from hopefuls such as the Beastie Boys, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Cure, and Freddie King – but it’s almost a guarantee that Guns N Roses will be one of the five who make it in.
So the hopes of the ceremony chiefs is that, if GnR make it into the ‘Class of 2012’, the band will reunite with their original line-up. I’m sure fans are full of scepticism, especially after Axl described Slash as a ‘cancer’ a couple of years ago. Rose is currently touring with a whole new GnR line-up, and the other original members have nothing to do with the band.
