Mastodon Return To UK For 2012 UK Tour

Sludge-metal band Mastodon have announced they will return to the UK in February for a six-date tour.

The US Hardcore heavy-weights will return to the UK for six shows having just released their brand new fifth studio album 'The Hunter'. The album is their follow-up to their ground-breaking concept album 'Crack The Skye' and was released in the UK on 26th September.

Mastodon will unleash material from the new album live when they kick-off their new 2012 UK tour at Bristol's O2 Academy on 5th February. The tour will then stop at venues in Manchester, Glasgow, Norwich and Birmingham before concluding with a show at London's Brixton O2 Academy on 11th February.

Mastodon 2012 UK Tour Dates are as follows:

Feb 5th - O2 Academy Bristol
Feb 6th - Manchester Academy
Feb 7th - Glasgow Barrowlands
Feb 9th - Norwich UEA
Feb 10th - HMV Institute Birmingham
Feb 11th - O2 Academy Brixton
