The Shining Twins Confirmed For Lemonheads Support On UK Tour

New York-based punk rock three piece The Shining Twins have been confirmed as the main support act for The Lemonheads’ forthcoming UK tour.

The trio, consisting of Alex Weiss on bass and vocal duties, Marisa Kreiss on drums and Kenny Elkin on guitar, have already been supporting The Lemonheads while they’re away on tour of the US, and have now been invited to extend their stay as warm-up act as the ‘Heads make their way Manchester, London and more.

The Lemonheads have announced a UK tour for November and December, where they will play the album, 'It's A Shame About Ray' in its entirety along with other select songs from their other albums.

Formed as a punk-pop trio by three school mates, The Lemonheads emerged as major stars in the early nineties. The catchiness of their songs and the charisma of frontman Evan Dando (pictured) made The Lemonheads natural candidates for big time success which peaked with the release of their 1992 fifth studio album 'It's A Shame About Ray'.
