Bowerbirds Unveil New Track 'In The Yard' From Forthcoming New Album 'The Clearing' - Listen Now

Having previously shared album opener 'Tuck the Darkness In' as a free download, North Carolina's Bowerbirds now give you a further peek into what lies ahead on their forthcoming new album 'The Clearing' in the form of the brand new track 'In The Yard'.

'In The Yard' Mp3 is available to listen to and download HERE. The track was also Lauren Laverne's MpFree over on BBC 6 Music yesterday.

New album 'The Clearing' is released on March 6th via Dead Oceans. Throughout 'The Clearing', Bowerbirds’ Beth Tacular and Phil Moore share the best and most important moments of their life in the woods of North Carolina. 'The Clearing' is bigger record than Bowerbirds’ previous two releases, with bolder sounds, a broader scope, and more complicated songs. Never ceding to increased production demands, the guitars and strings, codas and bridges simply make their thoughts more urgent, more vital and more necessary, but not one bit less permanent.

Bowerbirds 2012 UK Live Dates are as follows:

May 3rd – Leeds, Brudenell Social Club
May 4th - Manchester, UK, Deaf Institute
May 5th - Brighton, UK, The Haunt
May 7th - London, UK, Cargo
