Tour Rumours Sees Massive Surge In ABBA Ticket Searches

Rumours of an ABBA reunion have sparked a mad frenzy of ticket-searching among fans that are desperate not to miss out on any possible gigs the group have lined-up – even there’s been no official announcement of a tour or even a comeback yet.

The internet has been running wild with rumours that the group will be making a comeback, especially after it was announced that they would be re-releasing a special edition of their last album ‘The Visitors’, which will feature a previously-unheard new track. Now, online ticket outlets are reporting a massive surge in searches for ABBA tickets – equating to around ten searches per hour.

Viagogo director Ed Parkinson said: “We always see massive demand for tickets to reunion tours, with Take That, The Stone Roses and even Steps all being hugely popular last year. However, the recent flourish of searches for ABBA tickets is surprising given that a tour hasn't been officially announced.”

Nothing official has been said as of yet, and the idea of an ABBA reunion is purely speculation at this point. Stay with Stereoboard to keep up-to-date with the group, though – we’ll let you know first if a reunion is on the cards.
