Noel Gallagher May Not Release Amorphous Androgynous Material Until 2013

Manchester-born guitar genius Noel Gallagher has revealed that material from his collaboration with psychedelic rockers Amorphous Androgynous may not surface until 2013, despite one of the tracks featuring as a B-side for a new High Flying Birds single.
After leaving Oasis, Noel ventured out to start two new musical projects – The High Flying Birds and a collaboration with Amorphous Androgynous. The star has been enjoying phenomenal success with his the High Flying Birds, with the LP peaking at #1 in the UK album charts and their debut tour selling out.
But, Gallagher has now told NME that that he wants to finish touring the band’s debut album before unveiling anymore of the work he’s done with AA – and it may not come out until the start of 2013.
“I've got a break in the middle of this tour in July, so now the plan is to do something then, and then to finish it off after the tour in October,” Noel told NME. “So it might come out at the end of the year, but it's more likely to be next year now.
“I set the benchmark pretty high with this record ['Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds'], and I'm not just putting a record for the fucking sake of it. At the moment it's not a great record – so it won't come out until it is.”
