One Direction's 'That's What Makes You Beautiful' To Feature On Glee

One Direction’s complete domination of America has taken yet another step forward – as the X-Factor group learnt that their award-winning single ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ would be covered on American musical sitcom Glee.
The track will be sung by Glee club director and Spanish teacher Will Schuester, who’s played by actor Matthew Morrison, in a future episode of the show that will feature in its 4th season, which will most likely hit screens in the near future. It was Morrison who broke the news to The Sun, with the star admitting that he’d have to practise by watching the group on YouTube.
“I've just heard of [One Direction], they're really taking over the States. We are covering one of their songs on Glee - 'What Makes You Beautiful'. I need to YouTube it to practise.”
He continued on to joke about the band’s recent impact in the States, adding: “They've made it now though they're on Glee. This will probably help their record sales too.”
In recent One Direction news, it emerged that they’re already working on their next record – and McFly’s Tom Fletcher would be penning songs for it. Fletcher told the The Daily Star that he ‘can't wait to write more tunes for One Direction’ – adding that he was proud of the success they’ve seen in America.
