Aerosmith Announce Summer US Tour - UK To Follow?

American rockers Aerosmith have officially announced a tour of the US this summer – sparking rumours that a UK tour announcement could follow.
The band have also revealed that they’ll be releasing a new album in June to coincide with the ‘Global Warming’ tour - which also kicks off in June - and could potentially lead to a run of dates in Europe and the UK. The 18-date excursion sees Aerosmith performing in Minneapolis’ Target centre on June 16th and runs until August 8th, where they’ll rock out the Tacoma Dome. A full list of dates can be seen below.
Frontman Steve Tyler is extremely excited to be back on the road with his old bandmates and told Aero Force One: ”The old Aerosmith is back with a new vengeance and we will kick your ass and make out with your mothers.” Lead guitarist Joe Perry added: “Can't wait to bring this band back home. It feels like we've been away too long.”
