Animal Collective Announce Trio Of November UK Dates

American psychedelic rock outfit Animal Collective have announced a trio of November UK dates, ahead of the release of their tenth studio album ‘Centipede Hz’.

The three shows will see the four-piece, who hail from Baltimore, Maryland, performing in London’s Roundhouse venue on November 4th, before travelling north for a gig in Glasgow’s O2 ABC. They conclude the run of shows on November 8th, with a performance at Manchester’s Warehouse Project. Tickets for the shows go onsale at 9am Friday 15th June.

The band, who formed in 1999, are one of the most prolific bands of their psychedelic, experimental genre, and have released an album almost every year since their birth – some years they even put out two records. Fast forward to 2012 and they’re gearing up for their milestone tenth studio album ‘Centipede Hz’, which hits shelves in September – meaning their November shows will be packed full of new material.
