Heidi Range Confirms She Is Writing With Sugababes Bandmates

Sugababes superstar Heidi Range has confirmed that she and her Sugababes bandmates are once again writing and recording new material in the studio - though they won’t be releasing anything new this year.
The news comes after the group began a seemingly short-lived hiatus at the start of the year to allow Range, Jade Ewan, and Amelle Berrabah to work on other aspects of their career - like Range’s appearance on Dancing on Ice.
But now, following much speculation that the original line-up of the group would be reforming under a different name with the support of songwriter Emeli Sande, Range has revealed that they’re back in the studio once again.
Range told Digital Spy: “We're all writing in the studio anyway. It's kind of ongoing. But there's no plans to bring anything out this year.”
She went on to talk about whether the material written would be used by herself, the Sugababes, or someome completely different, and siad: “We've all always written, I've always done that going into bands when I was 18. We've written songs that other people have used and vice versa. You don't worry about that, if the song's not right for you and it's right for someone else, that's a bonus.”
