Best Coast Frontwoman Bethany Cosentino 'Used To Smoke Weed All Day'

Bethany Cosentino, frontwoman of Californian surf rock outfit Best Coast, has confessed that she used to smoke weed to calm her anxiety - but had to cut down because she ended up toking her days away.
The star, who also told of a incident which saw her lose her driving license because of cocaine, revealed that she smokes the herbal substance to calm her down - but doesn’t go through as much nowadays, as it only results in her anxiety getting worse.
She told Rolling Stone: “I'd wake up, smoke weed, then keep smoking weed throughout the day. I was smoking to make my anxiety better, but it got to the point where it was only making me more anxious.”
She continued on to tell more of her illicit lifestyle, saying: “I did coke and lost my driver's license at the club.”
