Crystal Castles Announce Tracklisting For New Album '(III)'

Crystal Castles have announced the tracklisting to their third album '(III)'. The band also made the first single from the album, 'Wrath of God', available for free download. The track has had nearly 400K plays in little under two weeks.

ImageThe album will receive a global release on November 5th and is again produced entirely by Ethan Kath.

'(III)' tracklisting is as follows:

1. Plague
2. Kerosene
3. Wrath of God
4. Affection
5. Pale Flesh
6. Sad Eyes
7. Insulin
8. Transgender
9. Violent Youth
10. Telepath
11. Mercenary
12. Child I Will Hurt You

"We wanted the new album to sound like a completely different and new experience," says Ethan Kath in an official statement, “we'd limit ourselves to one take on each song because we believe the first take is the rawest expression of an idea."

Recorded mostly in Warsaw and Berlin, the highly anticipated '(III)' also boasts the haunting and euphoric 5-minute mind-bender ‘PLAGUE’, that quickly caused a cyber-storm amongst fans and media when the band unveiled it via their soundcloud page this summer.

The artwork for the forthcoming album is an award winning photograph taken by the photojournalist Samuel Arand and features Fatima al-Qaws cradling her son Zayed who is suffering from the effects of tear gas after participating in a street demonstration in Sanaa, Yemen.
