Nelly Denies All Knowledge Of Guns, Weed, And Heroin Found On Tour Bus

Hip-hop and rap superstar Nelly found himself in trouble with the ‘5.0’ in Texas yesterday - but claimed that he had no idea that there was weed, heroin, and a gun on board his tour bus!

After border control police at a stop in Sierra Blanca, Texas - a notorious hotspot for celebrity tour bus busts - stopped Nelly’s transport yesterday, they found a rather large stash of illegal items - including a firearm and Schedule I drugs (the highest classification in the USA). But, in the style of reggae star Shaggy, Nelly claimed ‘it wasn’t me’ - leaving fellow coach passenger Brian Keith Jones to face the charges.

Speaking to TMZ, Nelly said of the incident: “It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning.

“Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”

Regardless of whether he’s covering for Nelly or really was the owner of all the aforementioned items, he could very well be in a large amount of trouble - because he had over ten pounds of weed and 36 bags of heroin. Even Chuck Norris would struggle to rip through that on his own.
