Nick Oliveri Rejoins Kyuss! Lives And Features Vocals On New Queens Of The Stone Age Track

Bass-playing party animal Nick Oliveri has rejoined Kyuss! Lives - as well as reportedly providing vocals for a brand new Queens of the Stone Age track.

The star, whose had more than his fair share of wild times in his life, has narrowly avoided a 15-year prison sentence and is now ready to get his musical career back in track, starting with meeting up with his previous band Kyuss! Lives with whom he parted ways back in April.

He’s also managed to convince Queens of the Stone Age star Josh Homme to let him feature on one of their brand new tracks (which will almost certainly feature on their forthcoming sixth album) - something which he has previously failed to do. Oliveri was booted out of the band back in 2004 following suspicions of domestic violence.

The news was broken by a post on the Facebook page of Mondo Generator, another band Oliveri is part of. The post says: “NEWS: Nick has re-joined Kyuss, and has recently recorded his vocals on a new Queens of the Stone Age song! Stay tuned.”
