Papa Roach Self-Confirm For Download Festival 2013?

Download festival bosses may have some harsh words for US band Papa Roach, after frontman Jacoby Shaddix leaked the band’s appearance at the 2013 festival in a brief exchange with Essex electro-punk outfit Hounds on his Facebook page.

Shaddix and Hounds, who toured together as part of Stone Sour’s UK tour in December 2012, shared a few comments on the band’s Facebook page before a fan asked when they’d be back in the UK, to which Shaddix simply replied, “DOWNLOAD”.

Papa Roach made it no secret during their last UK appearances that they intended to come back in 2013, however, Download festival bosses may be wishing they’d have kept that secret just a little longer.

Download festival 2013 takes place at Donington Park between June 14th-16th. Download Festival tickets are on sale now. Click Here to Compare & Buy Download Festival Tickets.

UPDATE: Promoter Andy Copping has now officially confirmed that Papa Roach WILL be performing at Download Festival 2013.
