Madness Announce Show At London's Alexandra Palace

Madness have announced details for their biggest show of 2013, so far! The British legends will perform at London’s Alexandra Palace on 28th September.
Speaking about the show the band said: "Buckingham Palace didn't have a slot for us this year so we googled palaces and would you believe it there's one right round the corner from where we live. We cant play on the roof but we can certainly reign supreme at Ally Pally".
Tickets for the Ally Pally show go on sale from 9am on Friday 22nd March, the same day Madness help say goodbye to one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, BBC Television Centre. Madness will be performing an hour long set in front of TV Centre, with the whole show being broadcast live on BBC4. On performing the band said, "We’ve played at some exciting places in London lately but closing BBC TV Centre, a sad day, the end of an era, but what a celebration!”
As well as Alexandra Palace, Madness will be touring a number of classic British events over the summer. The band will take in ten shows ranging from Gosforth Park Racecourse, Sandown Park Racecourse, Newmarket and Northampton County Cricket Ground between June and September. They have also confirmed that the legendary Madness House Of Fun Weekender will take place in November of 2013. For more information click here.
2013 is proving to be an incredibly busy year for the nutty boys. To compliment the tour they are also releasing a Special Edition of their tenth studio album ‘Oui, Oui, Si, Si, Ja, Ja, Da, Da’. The repacked album is full of bonus content, new tracks, a live DVD and legendary artist Sir Peter Blake dressed as Moses on the cover! The band’s new single ‘How Can I Tell You’ is also released April 8th.
