Due to demand, Madness have announced a second Madrophenia show on Brighton's seafront for the summer.
The London ska-pop legends will now also headline the On The Beach series on July 23, the day before their previously confirmed, now sold-out performance there. Support will come from The Selecter, Craig Charles, The Beatles Dub Club, and more that are yet to be announced.
Other headliners already confirmed for the series include Fatboy Slim, who will play three shows billed as Big Beach Boutique 7 between July 17 and 19, The Maccabees on July 25 and Moby on July 26. Tickets for those dates are on sale now.
Madness will visit the south coast of England as part of an extensive run of outdoor UK shows this summer, including performances at Live At The Piece Hall in Halifax, Norwich's Earlham Park for the Rock N Roll Circus festival, Canterbury Summertime Live, Beautiful Days festival near Devon, Live At Lincoln Castle, In It Together Festival in South Wales, Boomtown Fair in Winchester, and Jockey Club Live shows at Newmarket Racecourse and Haydock Park Racecourse.
They released a greatest hits compilation titled 'Hit Parade' last November, followed by the Hit Parade Tour across the UK late last year.
Tickets for their new Brighton show go on general sale at 10am on February 25. All other dates are on sale now.
