American rockers Queens of the Stone Age have revealed a brand new teaser video ahead of the release of their brand new album ‘...Like Clockwork’.
Josh Homme and co.’s new record is one of the most anticipated rock albums of 2013, and is set to hit shelves on June 3rd here in the UK. Now, to get fans even more excited, they’ve released a new video of one of the album’s vinyl records being cut.
The video - which you can check out below - also features a brand new QOTSA track being played in the background, and it sees the band performing a much slower and down-tempo track which NME have described as a ‘ballad’.
It follows the recent unveiling of the full version of another of the band’s new tracks, ‘My God is the Sun’ - you can check that out here. Speaking about their new album to BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe, Homme said:
“I feel like a weight made of monkeys has lifted off my shoulders.Every once in awhile this process is difficult. This is documenting the journey of moving forward and it was a tough time... Not to get all Beatles on you, but just 'Let It Be'.”
