A commanding vocalist with a dark electronic soul sound, Lulu James has announced two UK live dates, confirming shows at London's XOYO and Newcastle's O2 Academy for August 8th and 9th respectively.
The 21-year-old singer, hailing from the North East of England, has made a huge impression with her emotive 21st Century soul sound. Her debut EP titled grabbed the world's attention, while she continues to go from strength to strength with the release of current single 'Closer'.
Lulu's debut album is scheduled for release at the end of the summer. You can catch her performing live on 'Later With Jools Holland' tonight on BBC2 at 10pm.
