Tuesday, 17 September 2013 Written by Jon Stickler

Gary Barlow has confirmed that a new solo album will be unleashed on the world on November 25.

More details on the album including the title, tracklisting and exact release date will follow in the coming weeks, but for now, Barlow broke the news via his Twitter account:

During his time with Take That Barlow has scored eight Number 1 albums, selling more than 30 million copies. He's notched up fifteen Number 1 singles, sold seven million concert tickets as well as being the proud recipient of six Ivor Novello Awards.

Barlow toured the UK on his own last year to acclaim by fans and critics alike. The nationwide tour included a special show at London’s Royal Albert Hall in support of The Prince’s Trust.

His last solo album ‘Twelve Months, Eleven Days’ was released in 1999, with his debut solo record ‘Open Road’ hitting the Number 1 spot in May 1997.
