American hip-hop star Lupe Fiasco has announced details of his next album.
Entitled ‘Tetsuo and Youth’, it’s Fiasco’s fifth studio album, and sees him working with Chris Brown - who features on the record’s lead single Crack, which hit shelves just over a month ago - and potentially Imogen Heap, whom he invited to the studio earlier this year.
Expected to be released next year, it’ll be preceded by a 32-city tour of the US and Canada, and with some hope, he’ll decide to hit the UK too. Fans can expect the rapper to perform a load of new material as well as crowd favourites, but according to the 31 year-old, it’s just a ‘taste’ of what’s to come on the new record.
He said of the album and tour:
“I’m looking forward to going back on the road and sharing the new music I’ve been working on with my fans. This will be just a taste of Tetsuo and Youth.”
