Beck Confirms New Label And February Release For 'Morning Phase'

Tuesday, 29 October 2013 Written by Huw Baines

Beck has signed with Capitol Records and will release his comeback album, 'Morning Phase', in February 2014.

The alt-rock pioneer is set to return to territory last frequented on his 2002 album 'Sea Change' with the release, his first since 'Modern Guilt' in 2008.

In the intervening years he's kept busy with his 'Song Reader' project, a collection of sheet music, and also recently put out three standalone 12" singles, Defriended, I Won't Be Long and Gimme.
