Bastille Admit They Were 'Lost' At Muse Stadium Gigs

Bastille have admitted that they felt 'lost' while supporting Muse on their UK stadium tour.
The band have become a major live draw since releasing their debut, 'Bad Blood', back in March, but that didn't prepare them for the challenges of commanding a stage many times larger than they were used to.
Bastille supported Muse on three stadium shows during the summer and, speaking to the Sunday Times, frontman Dan Smith revealed:
“The support bill was us, Biffy Clyro and Dizzee Rascal. Every show was surreal. I didn't know what we were doing there.”
Bassist Will Farquarson added:
“We were totally lost on stadium stages. We're not theatrical enough - at least not yet - to play somewhere that size. We'd made a backdrop of our album cover that we thought was enormous, but it looked like a postage stamp on stage.”
