Nina Persson Announces New Single And Album, 'Animal Heart'

Nina Persson, frontwoman of the Cardigans, has announced a new solo single and album.
‘Animal Heart’ will drop on February 10 via Lojinx, with a video for the title track currently doing the rounds. You can check it out below.
The new record is her first LP since her side project, A Camp, released ‘Colonia’ and it’s also the first time that she's gone it alone. She said:
“The most difficult and maybe also the best thing about going solo is probably all the decisions you make alone. Somewhere inside, I have a very clear clock, a gut feeling, that says what I think. I have forced myself to just keep going and follow only my gut with this album. I have simply no time to dwell on things anymore which I did a lot before.”
