Flaming Lips duo Steven Drozd and Wayne Coyne will release ‘Musik, Die Shwer Zu Twerk’, the first record by their prog side project Electric Würms, this summer.
The six track album will arrive through Bella Union in the UK on August 18, while the band have already released a cover of Yes's Heart of the Sunrise as a download.
Drozd and Coyne will be backed by Nashville psych outfit Linear Downfall and have been confirmed for this summer’s End of the Road Festival, where the Flaming Lips will headline, and a headline show at London’s Village Underground on September 1.
