Jake Bugg, Texas And Midge Ure To Perform At Ryder Cup Gala Concert

Jake Bugg, Texas and Midge Ure will join the Scottish Ballet, Royal Scottish National Orchestra and Scottish Opera to celebrate the opening of the 2014 Ryder Cup.
Taking place at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on September 24, the special gala will follow the second day of play of the USA vs Europe golf tournament at Gleneagles, which runs from September 23 to 28. The Glasgow event will also include performances by Nina Nesbitt, Twin Atlantic, Eddi Reader and the National Theatre of Scotland, with further acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets are on sale at 10am on July 19, priced from £35.00, plus fees.
