Disclosure have shared a new track, Moving Mountains, featuring Brendan Reilly.
The song is taken from the Lawrence brothers' second album, ‘Caracal’, which is set for release on September 25. It premiered last night on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show. Check it out here, around the 01:29:00 mark.
