The Echo And The Always have shared a new track, History Of Trees.
The song is lifted from the Welsh five-piece's debut album, ‘…and After that the Dark’, which is due for release October 30 through Jealous Lovers Club. Discussing the track, which you can listen to below, vocalist Laura Hancock said:
“Lyrically the song is actually about mental health and its effect on the whole family; how genetics can often lead to mental health running through a family tree and how the suffering of one family member can have a profound impact on the whole family as they try their hardest to keep everything together.”
The Echo And The Always will play Ungedun in Wrexham tomorrow night. It will be the first of a trio of UK shows they have lined up for this month.
The Echo And The Always Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows:
Sat October 24 2015 - WREXHAM Ungedun
Sun October 25 2015 - EXETER Cavern
Fri October 30 2015 - CARDIFF Clwb Ifor Bach
