Soundwalk Collective, Patti Smith and Jesse Paris Smith To Release Collaborative Album 'Killer Road'

Soundwalk Collective, Patti Smith, and her daughter Jesse Paris Smith, will release a collaborative album on September 2 through Bella Union.
'Killer Road' takes inspiration from the death of Warhol superstar and Velvet Underground collaborator Nico. A press release states that the record will consist of "eight interpretations of Nico lyrics, predominantly taken from classic albums such as 'Desertshore' and 'Drama of Exile', arranged by fellow poet and kindred spirit Patti Smith."
