The Orwells Announce New Album 'Terrible Human Beings', Reveal They Put A Body In The Bayou Video

The Orwells have announced their third studio album, ‘Terrible Human Beings’.
With the follow up to 2014's 'Disgraceland' due for release on February 17, the Chicago band have also shared the video accompanying the first single from the record, They Put a Body in the Bayou. Speaking about the album's recording process, guitarist Matt O’Keefe says:
"The Pixies were an obsession when we were writing this album. I think that’s where a lot of trying to make the songs and the guitar parts very simple was coming from, because the Pixies are kings of that. We’ve always been a simple band, but this time it was about trying to keep everything straightforward, nothing flashy."
The band play intimate shows at the Wardrobe in Leeds on November 29 and on following day at London’s Tufnel Park Dome. Tickets are on sale now.
