Matt Pryor, the former Get Up Kids frontman, will release his fifth solo LP early next year.
'Memento Mori' is due to arrive on February 17 via Equal Vision Records/Rory Records and follow up 2013's 'Wrist Slitter'. Discussing the self-produced album, Pryor said:
"We lost a lot of people close to us in the last couple of years. This album is both a way for us to remember them and to celebrate everyday the lives that we still have."

Pryor will support 'Memento Mori' with a US tour with Alkaline Trio's Dan Andriano, the first leg of which will see them play 19 shows between February 16 and March 25.
