Consuumer Share Title Track Of Debut EP 'Shattered Fruit'

Thursday, 05 January 2017 Written by Laura Johnson

Consuumer have shared the title track of their forthcoming debut EP.

The Hereford duo are set to release 'Shattered Fruit' on January 13. Discussing the song with Upset, who premiered it, the band said:

"Shattered Fruit is the closest thing we got to writing a pop song. It’s inspired by a recurring Blade Runneresque dystopian nightmare that I kept having where all the men looked like Father Yod and all the women looked like a young Michael Fassbender in drag."

Consuumer will play a headline show at Sticky Mike's Frog Bar in Brighton on January 13. Support will come from Clever Thing, Wizard Sleeve and Splurge. Tickets will be £3.00 on the door. They will also join up with Fuoco for a show at the Victoria in London on February 1.
