The Gate is available digitally now, with a 12” vinyl release set to follow on September 22 via One Little Indian. It is the first track to be shared from her forthcoming album, 'Utopia', the follow up to 2015's ‘Vulnicura’, which was co-produced by Arca.
The video, meanwhile, was directed by the Icelandic artist's long-time collaborator Andrew Thomas Huang, with creative direction by Björk, Alessandro Michele and James Merry. It premiered this weekend at a London Fashion Week installation by NOWNESS.
