Bjork is an Icelandic singer-songwriter, musician and actress from Reykjavík, now living in New York, USA.

Starting her music career in 1987, as a member of The Sugarcubes, the band released three albums before they disbanded in 1992. Aside from a self-titled album she released as a child, her first solo album, ‘Debut’ came out in 1993, which hit #3 in the UK Albums Chart and featured the singles Human Behaviour and Big Time Sensuality. It was followed by ‘Post’ in 1995, which reached #2 in the UK chart and #32 in the Billboard Hot 200.

‘Homogenic’ was released in 1997 and peaked at #4 in the UK and #28 in the USA. ‘Vespertine’ followed in 2001, ‘Medúlla’ in 2004, ‘Volta’ in 2007, ‘Biophilia’ in 2011, and ‘Vulnicura’ in 2015.

Bjork had sold over 15 million records by 2003, and she's garnered a high level of acclaim: winning four BRIT Awards, four MTV Video Music Awards and 13 Grammy Awards.

In 2017, Bjork released 'Utpoia', and followed it up with festival performances at All Points East and the Eden Project.
