Jennifer Ann Announces New EP 'Take Me Home', Shares Title Track

Jennifer Ann has aired a new single, Take Me Home.
The track shares its title with her upcoming EP, which is due out on December 1 and sees her move into contemporary pop after the 2015 instrumental album ’Reflections’.

Ann will play a cluster of dates in the UK and Ireland in November.
