Baxter Dury has shared a new single, Prince of Tears.
The track shares its title with his upcoming fifth studio album, which is due for release on October 27 via Heavenly Recordings.
Speaking of the new album, he stated:
"The album is full of little fictional snapshots based on actual experiences. They’re biographical film soundtracks for an imaginary film about myself, which is fictional. The man singing and speaking it all is unreliable; he can’t see the world properly. Its massively delusional, but because of that it’s also emotionally true."

Dury is set to play a Halloween show London’s Rough Trade East and a headline date at London's KOKO on November 29. Tickets are on sale now, priced at £14.00 plus fees.
