Toothache is the latest to be lifted from their self-titled debut EP, which is due out on Friday through Hand in Hive. Speaking about it, the trio said:
"We wrote Toothache in a toilet in North London and it has become one of our favourite songs to play. Lyrically the song is about hiding things from the people you care about the most. A running theme for us, musically and lyrically, is playing with the number ‘3’ and this song is a good example of this. There are obvious examples in the song’s code and also some hidden ones too."
On November 8 the band will support Alex Lahey at her London show and next week will join Weaves on their UK tour. Dama Scout have also lined up a headline London show at the Waiting Room on January 31. Tickets are on sale now.
