Queen And Adam Lambert To Play London's O2 Arena As Part Of Summer European Tour

Monday, 05 February 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Queen and Adam Lambert will play London this summer as part of their European tour.

Following dates in Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg and Milan, they will call at the O2 Arena on July 2. Tickets for the UK date go on general sale at 9am on February 9, while tickets for the European shows are already available. Head here for pre-sale tickets.

Speaking about the upcoming tour, which will feature the new stage production conceived around the 40th anniversary of Queen’s 'News Of The World' album, Brian May said:

“The almost unanimous reaction to our last round of dates in Europe was this is absolutely the best production we’ve ever mounted. There has been a great demand for us to go back and cover the cities we missed! So, while we're still physically able to perform at those high energy levels on this massive scale, we thought… ‘YES !! One more around the block!’ It’s live, it’s dangerous, and it takes every ounce of fitness we can muster. But it’s still fun!“

Lambert also commented:

“I enjoyed every second of the recent European tour and really felt the love in every city. I can’t wait for us to get back there again in the spring!”

Queen and Adam Lambert will also tour Australia and New Zealand later this month and in early March.
