Tuesday, 06 February 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Arcade Fire's Win Butler and Régine Chassagne have teamed up with the Preservation Hall Horns and RAM for a new single.

Ann Ale! (Let's Go!) was written in New Orleans for the Krewe du Kanaval, which takes place today in the Louisiana city. Proceeds from the sale of the song will be donated to the Preservation Hall Foundation & KANPE.

The track's music was written by Butler and Chassagne, while lyrics were penned by the pair and Richard Morse. Butler and Chassagne also produced the song with Eric Heigle, and it was mixed by Craig Silvey with Butler and Heigle.
