Ozzy Osbourne Announces No More Tours 2 Farewell Dates

Wednesday, 07 February 2018 Written by Jon Stickler

Ozzy Osbourne has announced North American dates as part of his No More Tours 2 farewell plans.

The legendary vocalist will be accompanied by his backing band - comprising Zakk Wylde, Blasko, Tommy Clufetos and Adam Wakeman - for the tour, which will launch in Mexico in May before heading to South America and Europe, including a headline appearance at the UK's Download festival in June.

The title of the tour is a reference to his 1992 No More Tours trek, with initial dates for the North American leg kicking off on August 30 in Allentown, Pennsylvania and currently concluding on October 13 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Tickets for the North American shows go on general sale at 10am on February 17, with special guests Stone Sour set to provide support. The tour, which is expected to run into 2020, will mark the end of global touring for Osbourne, although he will continue to perform select live shows in the future.

True Rockers Take Risks: Why Monster Truck Are Set To Explode
Tue 25 Sep 2018
Armed with a bulldozing brand of stoner-infused, bluesy rock ‘n’ roll, Canada’s Monster Truck have steadily established themselves as a must see live act over the last decade. Having battered more and more eardrums into submission at progressively larger venues, particularly as a support act to Deep Purple, Alter Bridge and Black Stone Cherry, arena headlining status has increasingly seemed like it’s theirs for the taking. And if their relentlessly anthemic third album ‘True Rockers’ is anything to go by, heaven help anyone who tries to stop them.

Mon 08 Oct 2018
Photo: Gene Kirkland There’s something bittersweet about this excellent third album from Slash, Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. ‘Living The Dream’ is bursting at the seams with old school, anthemic rock ‘n’ roll of the highest calibre, but at the same time it’s hard to shake the feeling that the person behind such exhilarating music and exceptional guitar work is the very last of a dying breed.
