Roger Waters Shares Trio Joubran Collaboration Supremacy

Wednesday, 14 March 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Roger Waters has shared his collaboration with Trio Joubran, Supremacy.

In his own words: "Le Trio Joubran and I have collaborated to perform an excerpt from an epic poem by the great Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish. On the surface it narrates the last speech of The Native American to The White Man, but it speaks also to Darwish's beloved Palestine, and its indigenous people, in fact to all victims of settler colonialism everywhere, always."

The former Pink Floyd bassist, meanwhile, put out his new album, 'Is This The Life We Really Want?', last year and will support it with a UK and Ireland arena tour this summer, including a stop at London's Hyde Park as part of the British Summer Time series.

While the validity of his ‘gift’ was debatable, Neal Morse’s new album feels like the real thing. ‘Life & Times’ will wrap its loving arms around you and brighten up your day.
