Schedule Announced For Focus Wales 2018

Focus Wales is just around the corner.

The festival, which will return for its eighth year to take over numerous venues across Wrexham between May 10 and 12, is set to welcome Gaz Coombes, This Is The Kit, Gengahr and Bill Ryder-Jones, among others, at the top of the bill.

But, as ever, there are delights to be found across the line up. The event has become an important one for new bands, and a growing international contingent, with plenty to be excited about in 2018.

Here, we’re pleased to unveil the schedule for the festival and set in motion planning for several days of fun, exciting discoveries and loud noises. Click on the poster below or head here to read/pore over/print your planner, and start mapping out your route! 

As well as hosting the schedule, Stereoboard is sponsoring the second stage at Central Station on May 10 and 11, where you’ll find an eclectic mix including local experimental rock heroes Gallops, buzzy Cardiff indie outfit Boy Azooga, eclectic sounds from Ireland’s Daithí, Canadian slacker-rock riff monsters Partner and Chester’s leading indie-poppers Peaness.
