Juanita Stein has shared a new single, Forgiver, which was co-written and produced by Brandon Flowers of the Killers.

It's the first track to be lifted from her new album, 'Until The Lights Fade', which is due to arrive on August 31. It follows up the Howling Bells vocalist's debut solo album, 'America', which she released last year, and the 'America Acoustic' EP, which came out in February.

Speaking about the record to DIY, who premiered her new song, she said:

“I feel like the two albums are different sides of the same coin. If ‘America’ was the starting point of a journey - the musical equivalent of me spreading my wings, but also treading carefully, trying to figure myself out having come from such an intense period of camaraderie in the band - then this record is me starting to gain a bit more traction, feeling more confident in where I’m coming from and what it is I’m doing.”

Stein is currently supporting Bryan Ferry on his UK and Ireland tour and has a number of festival sets lined up for the summer, including Black Deer, TRNSMT, Latitude, and Green Man. She will also support the Killers at their upcoming summer shows in Finland and Luxembourg.
