AlunaGeorge Introduce 'Champagne Eyes' EP With New Track Superior Emotion

Friday, 07 September 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

AlunaGeorge will release a new EP this autumn.

'Champagne Eyes' is due to drop on October 5 and marks the duo's first new material solely under their own steam since their standalone singles Turn Up The Love and Last Kiss, which came out last year. Their last LP was 2016's 'I Remember'.

Check out new single Superior Emotion featuring Cautious Clay below. It is a laid back, electro-tinged R&B track, which has a rich instrumental backdrop, including synths, strings and guitar.

The Chemical Brothers - No Geography (Album Review)
Tue 16 Apr 2019
In the 1990s—along with Fatboy Slim and the Prodigy—the Chemical Brothers popularised a particular brand of big beat electronica that ran adjacent to, and sometimes intertwined with, the pompously termed Intelligent Dance Music movement. Their ninth studio album, ‘No Geography’ boldly revisits this sound, updating it thematically while combining many of the compositional elements brilliantly. The result is probably their best album since 2002’s ‘Come With Us’.
