Halestorm To Bring 'Vicious' Tour To UK In 2019 With Support From In This Moment And New Years Day

Tuesday, 20 November 2018 Written by Laura Johnson

Halestorm will bring their Vicious tour to UK arenas in autumn 2019.

The Nashville-based band, who released the album of the same this summer, will head to Glasgow, Nottingham, Cardiff and London, where they'll play the Alexandra Palace, between November 24 and 28.

Support will come from In This Moment and New Years Day, with the latter opening the shows. Vocalist and guitarist Lzzy Hale said:

"We've been wanting to put together a tour like this for a long time. We are some of the hardest working women in rock, so the fact that we are all on the same stage every night is something not to be missed! We support and love each other, and we are representing our genre. This lineup is a beautiful display of what it means to be a strong female example for rock fans everywhere."

Tickets go on general sale at 10am on November 23.

Halestorm Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Sun November 24 2019 - GLASGOW SSE Hydro
Mon November 25 2019 - NOTTINGHAM Motorpoint Arena
Wed November 27 2019 - CARDIFF Motorpoint Arena
Thu November 28 2019 - LONDON Alexandra Palace

The most evil band of all time are currently packing out arenas in the UK and Ireland, providing a thrash metal experience like no other group can thanks to their ferocious reputation, a stack of crushing guitar riffs, breakneck tempo changes and Tom Araya’s grizzled vocals.

Loss and grief are themes that have underpinned metal records since Tony Iommi resurrected the devil’s interval, but often they are examined with a sense of emotional detachment—as though a lung-bursting scream can add meaning when the lyric sheet fails to join the dots.
