Lighthouse Family Announce First New Album In 18 Years And November UK Tour

Lighthouse Family will return with their first studio album for 18 years later this spring.

'Blue Sky In Your Head' is due for release on May 3 through Polydor and in addition to new material will include what the band have called 'Essentials' — remastered versions of their classic tracks, including Lifted, High and Ocean Drive. The record's lead single, My Salvation, will premiere today on Ken Bruce’s BBC Radio 2 show.

The duo will support the follow up to 2001's 'Whatever Gets You Through The Day' with an autumn UK tour, calling in Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Nottingham, Halifax, Manchester, Bexhill-On-Sea, Bournemouth and London, where they'll finish up the run at the Palladium on November 11. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on March 29.
