Husky Loops Announce UK And European Tour And Debut Album 'I Can't Even Speak English'

Wednesday, 01 May 2019 Written by Helen Payne

Husky Loops have announced a run of autumn dates across the UK and Europe.

The indie rock band will touch down in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Southampton between October 9 and 19, before heading across Europe for the rest of the month.

Tickets go on sale on May 7 at 9am.

Husky Loops are touring in support of their debut album. ‘I Can’t Even Speak English’ is due for release on August 16 through Fighting Ourselves and 30th Century Records, and was mixed by Jim Eno of Spoon.

The latest cut from the record is Everyone Is Having Fun But Me, which follows on from recent single Let Go For Nothing. Sample-heavy, the song is a choppy piece of electronica with lyrics reflecting the disconnect of the modern day trends of social media posts - making it feel like everyone is having fun except you. Although Husky Loops surely had some fun making this in the studio.
