Win Tickets To See Mark Knopfler At Newcastle's Utilita Arena

Stereoboard are giving away a pair of tickets to see Mark Knopfler perform in Newcastle on Sunday May 19.
The former Dire Straits vocalist and guitarist will take over the Utilita Arena as part of his 'Down The Road Wherever' World Tour, which shares its name with Knopfler's latest album, out now.
The tour begins on May 18 at Leeds' First Direct Arena and includes three London concerts, one at the O2 Arena and two at the Royal Albert Hall, alongside stops in Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham.
Knopfler will perform tracks from the new record accompanied by an expanded 10-piece band for the shows.
"My songs are made to be performed live. I love the whole process of writing them alone and then recording them with the band, but ultimately the best part is playing them to an audience live. I enjoy the whole circus, travelling from town to town and interacting with this group of players is a total pleasure. I’m really looking forward to it."
