Scorpions And Whitesnake Announce 2020 Australian Shows

Whitesnake and Scorpions will combine for co-headline dates in Australia early next year.

The hard rock icons will team up for three shows, making stops in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane on February 19, 22 and 24 respectively. Tickets go on general sale at 2pm on November 1.

The shows will mark the first time that Whitesnake have performed down under since 2007 and also marks Scorpions’ first gig in Sydney. Scorps leader Klaus Meine said:

"As promised… time to come back to Australia! We’re all very much exited to see our fans Down Under in February 2020. Get ready for the bite of Whitesnake and the sting of the Scorpions. We’re gonna rock you like a hurricane!"

Whitesnake vocalist, David Coverdale added:

"We are beyond thrilled to be returning to Australia after so many years to play our music for you. What is extra special is we’re returning with our very rocking friend the Scorpions!! Scorpions and Snakes. It doesn’t get any better, or louder! We promise you these will be nights to remember."
